Streamo is a Slovak platform for selling on Facebook, Instagram and your own online shop. It turns live videos, comments and messages into orders automatically, sends customers a link to complete their purchase, matches payments, issues invoices and prepares shipping labels.
It's for anyone who sells — on social media, in a classic online shop or in a bricks-and-mortar shop, from a boutique with one live a week to brands sending thousands of parcels a day. The platform runs in 19 languages and shops in 5 countries sell with it.
From the first admin for online shops in 2015 to a platform in 19 languages
It all started before Streamo, when Roman wrote his first admin system for online shops. His goal was clear: move shop owners away from complicated systems to a tool they could run themselves — even a boutique owner who isn't a tech person.
After a year at a small company in Michalovce, he went on as a solo developer. The small admin grew into OceanWeb, a central system that ran many online shops — and many still use it today. E-commerce has been what we know best from day one.
In July 2024 Ján joined Roman, and together they started building Streamo on the foundations of OceanWeb — an entirely new platform with a far wider scope. The spark came from sellers who sold live on Facebook: they copied orders from comments into a notebook or spreadsheet, typed dozens of Messenger replies by hand and filled in shipping details one by one. Sales grew — and so did the evenings spent on admin.
We decided to change that. Streamo 1.0 arrived in early 2025: a product code in a comment turned into an order on its own, the customer got a link to complete the purchase, and the seller had everything in one place — from the payment to the parcel label.
Since then we've grown together with our sellers. Instagram, bulk messages, bank payment matching and AI product photos have all been added. Today Streamo is built for social selling, but the full online shop from our e-commerce roots is still there — switch it on if you want it. Every new feature comes from conversations with the shops that use Streamo every day.
