From the order details, Streamo creates the shipment and the label for the carrier the customer chose. You print the label, stick it on the parcel and ship it — no retyping addresses into the carrier's portal. The status of every shipment then updates automatically.

Do I need my own contract with the carrier?
Yes, you use your own contract and pay nothing extra for the connection. For automatic labels and tracking you'll need the API credentials the carrier gives you with the contract.
Can I use it without an API connection?
Home delivery, yes, in manual mode with labels from the carrier's portal. Pickup points and lockers only work with the API, because the customer picks a specific location on a map at checkout.
Can I print labels in bulk?
Yes. Select several orders at once, print all the labels and export the orders too.
How does protection from scammers work?
You set after how many uncollected parcels a customer is blocked automatically. You can also block anyone manually at any time.
Will the customer know where their parcel is?
Yes. The shipment status updates automatically, and you and the customer get delivery updates.
