For Facebook business Pages

Sell on Facebook without retyping orders

Customers order where they already follow you — in comments under posts, during live streams and in Messenger. Streamo turns that into orders automatically, reserves the stock and sends the customer a payment link.

Orders from comments and posts

The customer types your selling word and the product code and the order is done — under a post, under a reel or during a live stream.

Orders and replies in Messenger

Orders come from messages too. You handle conversations in one inbox, and automatic replies answer the common questions.

Payments, invoices and labels

The customer pays by card or by bank transfer with a QR code, the invoice is issued automatically and the carrier label is one click away.

Bulk messages to customers

After a live stream or when a new collection lands, reach every customer at once via Messenger and email.

How to sell on Facebook

Selling on Facebook works best where you already have an audience: your Facebook business Page. You show a product in a post, a reel or live, and customers reply with a comment or a message. Without a tool, that means hours of copying comments, checking payments and writing out addresses. Streamo does those steps for you — from the comment to the shipped parcel.

Selling on Facebook with Streamo in four steps

  1. Connect your Facebook Page

You connect your business Page with a single Facebook login. Streamo then reads the comments and messages that contain your selling word.

  2. Add products and codes

Every product and variant gets a code. Add products by hand or import them from a CSV or Excel file.

  3. Publish your offer

Show the products in a post, a reel or a live stream. Customers order with a comment containing the code, or through an order link.

  4. Fulfil the orders

The customer gets a payment link, the invoice is issued automatically and you print the label in one click. Every order is in one clear overview.

Selling on Facebook FAQ

Do I need a business Page to sell on Facebook?

Yes. Meta gives apps access to comments and messages only on business Pages, not on personal profiles. You can create a business Page for free in a few minutes.

Can I sell in a Facebook group?

Meta doesn't give apps access to comments in groups, so in a group you sell through order links in your post. The customer taps the link and the item lands in their cart in Messenger. Streamo writes the post text with the links for you.

Does Streamo issue invoices for Facebook orders?

Yes, in every plan at no extra cost. Invoices are issued automatically with your details and in your own numbering series, and you can email them to the customer right after payment.

What if a customer orders and doesn't pay?

Streamo automatically reminds them about the unpaid order and the unfinished cart, via Messenger and email. After the last reminder you can block the customer automatically.

Won't I sell the same item twice?

No. Facebook, Instagram, your e-shop and manual orders all draw from one stock, and an order from a comment reserves the item instantly.

How much does selling on Facebook with Streamo cost?

The first 7 days are free, with no credit card. After that you pick one of three monthly plans. The Pro and Business plans have a transaction fee that your customer can pay instead of you; the Scale plan has none.
