Your best customers are the ones you already have
Winning a new customer costs money: ads, discounts, time. A customer who has already bought from you just needs a reason to come back. In practice, that reason is usually a message at the right moment — "the new collection is here", "your order is waiting for payment", "you left something in your cart".
The problem is the numbers. Writing to 300 people one by one in Messenger takes an afternoon. Writing to 3,000 is simply impossible.
What bulk messages are
Bulk messages let you write one message and send it to a whole group of customers at once, via Messenger, Instagram or email. Each customer receives it personally, as if you had written only to them, and their replies come back to your inbox as normal conversations.
For a small shop and a big brand alike
It makes no difference whether you have two hundred customers or fifty thousand. Streamo sends bulk messages in the background, so thousands of messages go out while you work on something else: ten thousand in a few minutes. The sending pace stays under the limits Meta sets for each page, so a big send won't put your page at risk, not even in the middle of a live stream.
Four moments when bulk messages pay off
1. Right after a live stream
During a live stream, dozens of people order. When it ends, every one of them should get a summary of what they ordered and a link to finish the purchase. One by one, that takes hours. In bulk, it takes one click — while people still remember why they ordered.
2. A new collection or a restock
Let everyone who bought before know that new pieces have arrived. You can narrow the group, for example to customers who ordered in a certain period, so the message reaches the people most likely to buy again.
3. Orders waiting for payment
Some orders never get paid simply because people forget. A short, friendly message to everyone with an unpaid order brings back a surprising share of them. Streamo can also send these reminders automatically, together with reminders for abandoned carts.
4. Customers with something left in their cart
A message to everyone who has items reserved in their cart — "your pieces are waiting for you until Friday" — turns reservations into orders and frees up stock that would otherwise stay blocked.
The rule you need to know: the 24-hour window
Messenger and Instagram have a clear policy: a shop can message a customer only within 24 hours of that customer's last message or comment. It is Meta's rule, not ours, and it applies to every tool.
That is why bulk messages work best right after a live stream or a post with lots of comments: the people who just wrote to you are inside the window. Customers outside it can still get the same message by email, as long as you have their address. Streamo handles the split automatically — Messenger or Instagram where it is allowed, email for everyone else.
Newsletters for everything that isn't urgent
For longer content, such as a lookbook, a seasonal offer or tips on how to style the new collection, a newsletter is the better format. In Streamo you build it from ready-made templates and send it to a segment based on what and when customers bought. That is when your customer list really starts paying off.
How to write a message people actually read
- Keep it short: two or three sentences and one clear next step.
- Write the way you talk in your shop, not like a press release.
- Give a reason to act now: new arrivals, the last pieces, a pickup deadline.
- Don't send too often. Once a week is plenty for most shops.
Where to start
In Streamo, open your orders or customers and choose who should get the message — for example everyone with an unpaid order. Write it once and send it. You will see how many people received it, and their replies come back to your inbox like any other conversation.
